How to Apply

The Hubbell application form will be sent to all Cadet units in Manitoba in January.

Notes for Completing the Application

  1. The application applies to all Manitoba Cadets who plan to continue their education at a post secondary institution in the coming year.
  2. To access the fillable PDF application form click here.
  3. The responses to the application questions must be entered into the fillable PDF application form, and submitted with the supporting documents.
  4. Cadets should complete the application form as thoroughly as possible.
  5. Completed applications should be sent to the e-mail addresses below:

  6. All applications must be received no later than April 1st.
