Cadet CPO Stephen Gnutel is the Regulating Petty Officer of his unit. He has been a qualified sailing instructor for three years and assists junior cadets. He has participated in biathlon and sailing competitions. He teaches and supervises skating at his community arena. He is active in his church and is a former alter boy. He is attending university and plans to eventually study law.
