Cadet MWO Reynolds' career objective is to become a lawyer, to that end, she will study at the University of Manitoba.

She has attended several cadet camps including: Basic Marksmanship; Air Rifle Marksmanship Instructor and General Training Staff Sergeant. She has received the National Star of Excellence Level 3 and has qualified for Level 4 and expects to receive the award in September 2014. She has instructed junior cadets during both local training and field training exercises.

She has been on her school student council and graduation committee and has participated in fundraising for Anime Club and Youth in Philanthropy. She has earned both bronze and gold medals in track and was presented with the most physically active student award.

She participates in the delivery of Christmas hampers every year. She supports both the Legion by participating in their poppy campaign and her unit in their annual tag day.
