Cadet WO2 Lincoln is a student at Ecole Edward Schreyer School and will attend the University of Manitoba. He aspires to study aerospace engineering where he will use that training in conjunction with his pilot's license. When he was 12 he attended the Young Eagles Air Academy where he became interested in the Cadet program. He joined with the intentions of qualifying as a pilot and has done that.

He has participated in a variety of other Cadet programs. He has been part of the competitive marksmanship team for several years. He is a member of the Air Cadet Concert Band. He is an experienced public speaker and won the Effective Public Speaking Gold Medal in 2017. He earned the Outstanding Cadet Award in 2016 and was the top shot also in 2016.
