Cadet CWO Queenie Jem Realizan will attend the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business with the goal to become a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), recognizing the importance of higher education and professional development. Attending post-secondary education is the first step toward earning her CPA designation.

She was awarded the 1226 Fort Gary Horse Merit Award - BEST LEADERSHIP, the Distinguished Marksmanship Badge, National Star of Excellence Level 1 Badge, the Biathlon Pin, Silver Star Instructor, Service Medal for completing 5 years of Cadets and the Silver Fitness Badge. She Completed the Drill and Ceremonial Instructor Course at Vernon CTC and was selected for the Precision Drill Team that performed at the Okanagan Military Tattoo and completed the Expedition Team Member Course at Argonaut CTC.

She has given back to her community volunteering at the NorWest Co-op Daycare Centre and by participating in a Safe Walk program (204 Volunteer Inc). Volunteering at the daycare and participating in the Safe Walk program gave her the opportunity to support others and develop valuable life skills, such as patience, responsibility, and communication. She has participated in the Poppy Drive and the Candlelight Ceremony.

As the Corps Regimental Sergeant Major, a leadership position that requires dedication, discipline, and responsibility, she mentors younger Cadets, promotes teamwork, and sets a positive example for discipline and leadership.

Physical fitness plays a significant role in her personal development and her dedication was recognized when she was awarded the Silver Fitness Badge. She also dances and participates in long-distance runs.
