Cadet CPO1 Lilia Tseragotin plans to attend University of Manitoba to pursue a career in either nutritional science or business with a long-term goal of supporting others and building an environment where individuals can thrive.

In Cadets she has completed the Sail 1 course, the Winter and Summer Sail Program, Cadet Activity Program and was a Staff Cadet at HMCS Quadra. She has volunteered or participated with the Gimli Yacht Club, various sailing competitions, Remembrance Day commemorations and was on her Corps' Marksmanship Team. The combination of these activities has shaped her into a confident and supportive leader.

She has been involved at her high school supporting the Terry Fox Run, speaking at school assemblies and being the yearbook content creator. She has a UNESC Diploma for her work in various areas of the environment demonstrating the Four Pillars of learning: Learning to Know, Learning to Be, Learning to Do and Learning to Live Together.

She has played ultimate frisbee where she earned Sprit Champion at multiple tournaments for leadership and sportsmanship. She keeps fit with spin classes, hot yoga, rock climbing, water aerobics, gym games, cross fit, calisthenics and played Junior Varsity basketball and track and field at school.

As a leader she focuses on creating an environment where others feel motivated and included so everyone can participate at their own level.
